Fred. de Meulder is member of the “Flowerbulb
Quality Mark Foundation” (SKBH). This means that we need
to comply with the standards that are set by this independent
organisation. Based on strict annual inspections, FDM is being
ranked in terms of meeting the quality requirements. 
The quality of our flower bulbs is being established by means of 4 steps:
- Once the bulbs arrive in the warehouse these are thoroughly
inspected to check any diseases
- In case of disease or bad quality, the flower bulbs
are send back to the supplier.
- When the bulbs are in good condition, they are being
stored first depending on the treatment they need.
- Once the bulbs are in excellent shape, they are being
packaged and distributed to our customers
