Celebrating 125 Years of passion, growth & dahlias!

On 2 September 2023, we proudly marked the 125th anniversary of Fred de Meulder B.V and we celebrated in style at our new location: Leidsevaart 218, Noordwijkerhout. It was a bright, sunny afternoon filled with colour, laughter and good connections. 

As guests arrived, they were greeted by the famous “dahlia wall”, standing tall and full of colour, filled to the brim with the finest dahlia varieties from our show garden. With the warm sun on our heads, we treated our friends, clients and partners to a delightful Italian-style catering experience. Think antipasti, fine wine and tradiotional pizza's. 

This anniversary was more than a party, it was also a moment to show off our new location. During the gathering we shared exciting news about our upcoming new company building. Guests were invited to peek into the plans for our new warehouse and office. After the afternoon festivities, our team, together with their partners, gathered for an Italian dinner in the greenhouse. As the sun set, the lights came on, conversations got even better then before. It was an evening of enjoying delicious food, blooming relations and looking ahead.

Celebrating 125 years is not just about looking back. It’s about thanking everyone who helped us grow, our team, our partners and our clients. This milestone shows what’s possible when passion and cooperation come together.
